Our Story
We are a married couple living and working in the peaceful, wooded hills of the Woodstock, NY area. We share a passion for nature, vibrant health, and a deeply active life. Most importantly, we share a belief that aging is not a process of slowing down, but an opportunity to build unprecedented strength.
Our personal journey with kettlebell training completely transformed our minds and bodies. Witnessing that profound shift inspired us to share this path with other seniors who are ready to redefine what is possible in their 60s, 70s, and beyond.
What makes our approach unique is how we combine our backgrounds to coach the whole person:
Marina (62): A former fashion designer and an accomplished Executive and Life Coach. With thousands of coaching hours guiding leaders across major US and European enterprises, Marina focuses on the "soft" coaching—the mindset shifts, habit formation, and mental resilience needed to sustain lasting lifestyle changes.
Yossi (71): An active software engineer and a certified kettlebell coach. Yossi brings the precise, structured, and "hard" technical training required for safe, effective strength building. As a senior athlete himself, he knows exactly what it takes to build a resilient, functional body at any age.
Together, we offer a powerful fusion of physical strength and mental clarity. We don't just teach fitness; we provide a complete body-and-soul transformation tailored specifically for your next chapter.
We are here, stronger than ever, and we hope you will join us on this journey.
Yossi Story
I have always lived my life in motion. For over a decade, I immersed myself in the rigorous discipline of Kung-Fu (Hung Gar style), until knee injuries and subsequent surgeries forced me to change direction. Refusing to slow down, I pivoted to mountain biking, spent years mastering sea kayaking three times a week, and actively competed in yacht sailing. Through it all, I maintained a strict regimen of bodyweight exercises and resistance band training.
Then, I discovered the kettlebell.
What began as curiosity quickly evolved into a deep passion. For me, the kettlebell is the ultimate training tool: it is dynamic, deeply challenging, and highly efficient. In a short, compact session, it simultaneously delivers strength, cardio, mobility, stability, and endurance.
As I began designing informal training programs for friends, I saw how profoundly they benefited from it. Naturally, I wanted to take my understanding to the highest level. I earned my coaching certification to deeply master the science behind programming and to ensure I could help others safely and effectively.
My professional background is rooted in precision. In the past, I founded several high-tech companies based on software I designed, serving as their CEO. I am the inventor behind U.S. Patent No. 11,295,403 for a hybrid system that optimizes pilot training schedules (HYBRID SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING OPTIMIZED TRAINING PROGRAM SCHEDULES).
Today, at 71, I still run a smaller team, actively developing software and supporting my clients.
I approach kettlebell training with that same engineering mindset—focusing on mechanics, safety, and efficiency. As a senior athlete myself, I know exactly what it takes to rebuild, protect, and strengthen the aging body. I am living proof that our later years can be our strongest yet.
