2. Comprehensive Health & Goals Evaluation
Your safety is our absolute priority. We will carefully review your medical history, current health status, and any physical constraints, joint limitations, or past injuries (following PARQ+ guidelines and formal forms). By understanding where you are now, we can map out a precise, risk-free path to where you want to be.
3. Move & Strength Assessment
Next, we conduct a gentle movement and strength evaluation. This helps us see how your joints move and allows us to recommend the precise, safe starting weight for your first kettlebells. There is no guesswork here; every weight and movement is tailored to your current capability.
4. Custom Program & Tech Orientation
We will introduce you to our structured, four-level training framework. We will walk you through our user-friendly fitness application, showing you how we will track your workouts, monitor your new daily habits, and stay in continuous, close contact with you. We make the technology simple and seamless.
5. Open Q&A
We welcome all of your questions. Whether you have concerns about safety, scheduling, or the mechanics of kettlebell training, we take the time to answer everything completely. We want you to feel entirely confident and comfortable before moving forward.
6. The Launch
If we both agree that we are a perfect fit to work together, we will complete the standard health readiness forms and finalize your personalized training schedule. From there, your transformation officially begins.
